Research is everything when you are trying to figure out a problem. Without research you would have no idea what was the background and what you are trying to figure out. With research you will be able to figure out if someone already tried the experiment before you and if so you can decide what you want to try differently. An example of this would be, if you were a shy quiet person and you wanted to know if that made you less self confident or if you were the same as everyone else, you could do research on it and find out what other people have already tested or you could make your own experiment. Something else that I have learned was that random events have a pattern to them. We try to look for them and we often find them while we are trying to make scene of something that is completely random. Another is that our culture is what shapes us as humans. It shapes our behavior and our willingness to work, and our promptness and our frankness. Psychologist also study animals to learn how they communicate within themselves and how they react to one another. This way they will better understand what humans are thinking and what they are doing at times.
